JAPI warrants its products against manufacturing defects, under normal use, for a period of 10 years from the date of retail purchase by the end-user purchaser. Products installed for public use will have a 5 year warranty. Any defect of this nature should be reported directly to JAPI using a document (photo, video) and the purchase invoice of the product, by mailing pottery@japi.com.br. If the notification is made within the warranty period and given as valid, at JAPI’s criteria and to the extent permitted by law, JAPI will (1)repair the product at no charge; or (2)replace the product by an equivalent one; or (3)refund the product’s purchase price as in the purchase date. JAPI is not responsible for defects caused by misuse. Check the conditions of use and cleaning in the product’s manual.
